Shipping and returns

This page explains how Tesoro handles delivery, production timing, returns, exchanges, custom orders, and faulty products.

Delivery areas

Tesoro is based in Spain. Delivery availability, delivery prices, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout where possible. If an address cannot be served, Tesoro will contact the customer before production or dispatch.

Processing and production times

Ready catalogue items are normally prepared faster than custom clothing. Custom embroidery, DTF, vinyl, and uploaded design work may require file checks, artwork preparation, customer clarification, supplier stock confirmation, and production time.

Estimated timelines are not guaranteed unless Tesoro confirms a deadline in writing.

Delivery price

The delivery price is calculated and displayed at checkout. Tesoro may offer free delivery thresholds, local collection, or special delivery methods if enabled in the store.

Tracking and failed delivery

When tracking is available, Tesoro will provide tracking information after dispatch. Customers are responsible for entering correct contact and address details and for responding to courier delivery attempts.

Returns for standard products

For standard non-personalised products bought online, customers in the EU generally have a 14-day change-of-mind withdrawal period from delivery. Products should be returned unused, clean, unworn, unwashed, with labels and packaging where possible.

Unless Tesoro agrees otherwise or fails to inform the customer of return costs before purchase, the customer may be responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns.

Custom and personalised products

Products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised, including embroidered names, logos, uploaded designs, DTF prints, vinyl text, or custom placements, may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns once production has started.

Customers should check all artwork, spelling, colour, size, placement, and design choices carefully before confirming a custom order.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered, contact Tesoro as soon as possible with the order number and clear photos. Tesoro will review the issue and may offer repair, replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.

This policy does not limit mandatory legal rights for faulty or non-conforming goods.

How to request a return

Contact Tesoro through the contact page before sending anything back. Include the order number, customer name, product, reason for return, and photos if the item is faulty or incorrect. Tesoro will confirm the next steps and the return address if the return is accepted.
