Tesoro is a Spain-based embroidery clothing brand offering catalogue apparel, workwear, and custom clothing decoration services including embroidery, DTF, and vinyl where available.

Product photos, colours, sizes, prices, and availability are shown as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly depending on screens, lighting, fabric batches, and supplier availability.

Custom items are produced according to the information, files, artwork, text, placement, colour, size, and decoration method chosen by the customer. The customer is responsible for checking spelling, artwork, placement, sizing, and uploaded files before confirming the order.

An order is placed when the customer completes checkout and the payment is authorised or captured. Tesoro may contact the customer if information is missing, a file cannot be used, a colour is unavailable, or the order needs approval before production.

Tesoro may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, impossible to fulfil, or based on content that infringes another party's rights.

Prices are shown in euros. Delivery costs, taxes, discounts, and any custom decoration charges are shown before checkout where applicable.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers such as PayPal, Stripe, card payment providers, or Bizum if enabled. Tesoro does not store raw card details.

By uploading artwork, logos, text, photos, or references, the customer confirms that they own the file or have permission to use it for the requested product. The customer grants Tesoro permission to use those files only to quote, prepare, produce, and support the order.

Tesoro may reject files or designs that are unlawful, hateful, abusive, misleading, explicit, unsafe, or likely to infringe third-party rights.

Production times depend on stock, order volume, artwork quality, decoration method, and whether a design proof or clarification is needed. Delivery dates are estimates unless Tesoro confirms a specific date in writing.

Customers must provide accurate delivery details. Tesoro is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, missed delivery attempts, courier disruptions, customs checks, force majeure, or events outside its reasonable control.

Customers should request changes as soon as possible. Once a custom item has entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

For non-custom catalogue products, cancellation and return rights are handled according to the shipping and returns policy.

Standard, non-personalised products may be eligible for return under the policy shown on the shipping and returns page. Custom-made or clearly personalised products may be excluded from change-of-mind returns once production has begun.

This does not affect legal rights for faulty, damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming products.

The Tesoro name, website design, product descriptions, images, graphics, and brand materials belong to Tesoro or its licensors. Customers may not copy, scrape, reproduce, or reuse website content without permission.

These terms are intended for a Spain-based online store and should be interpreted with applicable Spanish and EU consumer protection rules. Customers may have mandatory rights that cannot be excluded by these terms.
